We don’t personally store any information about your visit to this blog, Pregnant in Cape Town. Cookies analyse and optimise your content and reading experience through your web browser; which you can switch off by changing your own browser settings. Understanding how you can protect your own privacy is important.

Competitions and Privacy

The information you provide when entering a competition allows us to ensure you qualify for the prize. We give the winner’s information (name, email and contact number) to the sponsor to contact you directly, so that they can organise delivery of your prize. If you do not win a prize, we don’t share your information and we delete it.

Newsletter and privacy

If you sign up for our newsletter, providing your name and email address, we use that to send you our newsletter. Our newsletter may contain advertising or clearly marked sponsored content. By signing up, you acknowledge that you understand this.

Illegal sharing of our content

We are not responsible for republished content from this blog on other blogs or websites without our permission. All our content is copyright to protect ourselves and our content from exploitation of others.
