The Competition is open to South African residents aged 18 and older (unless explicitly stated on the individual competition page) but excludes any person who is a director, partner, employee, agent or family member of the promoter Pregnant in Cape Town or the named competition sponsor.

In addition to the requirement which a winner will be required to meet in order to accept and enjoy the prize as detailed in the entry requirements and the terms and conditions above and below, the winner must have a child / grandchild / family member or friend’s child to win this prize. By entering this competition, you are legally representing yourself as having a child / grandchild / family member or friend’s child who will make use of this prize.

You must have a delivery address in South Africa to qualify to win a prize on Pregnant in Cape Town, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the individual competition page.

The winner will be chosen through random.org HOWEVER, if that person has not completed all the steps required below or is proved to not meet the above criteria – a new number will be generated on random.org. This will continue until a person who has completed all the required steps and meets all the criteia is selected.

You should ensure that you are following either “Pregnant in Cape Town” or the prize sponsor on one of their social media platforms to ensure you do not miss the announcement of the winner on the given date.

If you have not acknowledged your win and organised delivery of your prize within 48 hours, another winner will be drawn.

Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable.

Participating in this competition constitutes acceptance of these rules. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules, will result in immediate disqualification.

Pregnant in Cape Town, Mandy Lee Miller, its employees, directors, owners, representatives or agents will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred however arising and of whatsoever nature.

Promoters reserve the right to substitute alternative prizes equivalent or of greater value to that of the original prize.

Pregnant in Cape Town and Mandy Lee Miller reserve the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice should it be challenged, stopped or declared or become unlawful.

By entering this competition, entrants consent to the use of their personal data/information by the promoter for the purpose of administration of this prize and for any other purpose to which the entrant consents.
